Due to the severity of the impacts, a detailed Principal Objection was prepared by iObject, followed by ongoing negotiation with Council.

Outcome
Council approved the DA with conditions via delegated authority (DA Officer) after amended plans were submitted (December 2022). The majority of modifications initially sought by iObject were subsequently incorporated within final approved amended plans.
